Suzhou, founded in 514 BC, is one of the birthplaces of Wu culture. At the end of the Han Dynasty, the Jiangnan area where Suzhou is located is still in a state of "vast territory and sparsely populated land, rice soup and fish, or fire ploughing and water scavenging, fruit Sui wins clams".
